Our client, a forward-thinking and design-led architectural practice, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician with proven expertise in delivering large-scale residential schemes for major UK house builders. Role Overview

Prepare accurate, detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential projects

Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, engineers, and clients to achieve design and regulatory objectives

Ensure all technical work complies with Building Regulations and NHBC requirements

Support and mentor junior technicians, offering guidance and technical expertise

Contribute to project and client meetings, providing professional input on technical matters

About You

Degree, HNC, or HND in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)

Significant experience delivering large residential developments for national house builders

Strong technical skills with excellent precision and attention to detail

Proficiency in CAD/BIM software packages

In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously

Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
