Site Supervisor

4Site Recruitment are seeking a Site Supervisor to join a CAT B Design & Build fit out project in Cardiff. The project is approx covers 8,000 sq. ft and is valued at £800k, including offices, meeting rooms, open-plan areas and breakaway lounges. The project is currently in pre-construction and due to enter the construction phase within four weeks.

Responsibilities:

Oversee labourers and subcontractors on site
Manage health & safety compliance
Assist with deliveries and general site supervision
Act as the local point of contact when the Project Manager is not on site
Support with maintaining programme and site progress
Requirements:

SMSTS and First Aid tickets
Previous experience on CAT A or CAT B fit out projects (essential)
Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be reliable and trustworthy – able to take ownership of site activitie
Candidate Profile:

This role would suit a Site Supervisor or an experienced Assistant Site Manager with fit out experience, who is confident running day-to-day site operations. You'll be expected to take initiative, keep the project on track, and support the team without needing daily instruction.
