Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Swansea, with travel to Cardiff (once every week or two)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our client is one of the UK’s leading energy efficiency retrofit installers. Their mission is to combat fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions from UK homes.They deliver a full range of domestic energy efficiency measures—including insulation, heat pumps, solar panels, and heating controls—to over 300 households per month. With ambitious plans for expansion, we’re looking for passionate professionals to join our journey.

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, flexibility, and exceptional organisational skills. You’ll be the CEO’s trusted right hand, managing a wide range of administrative and strategic responsibilities, with regular travel between Swansea and Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar, inbox, and travel management

* Coordinate and accompany the CEO on business travel, site visits, and key meetings

* Prepare agendas, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external engagements

* Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders across departments and group companies

* Organise and support events, board meetings, and executive retreats

* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

* Proactively anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership

* Willingness and availability to travel regularly and at short notice

* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

* High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools

* Valid UK driving licence

Desirable Qualifications

* Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

* PA/EA Certification (e.g. Executive PA Diploma, CPD Executive Assistant Certification)

* Project management training (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation or AgilePM)
