Clerk of Works

MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a Clerk of Works to join a housing association based in Maida Vale, West London. My client are a small organisation with only 700 properties.

This will be a temp to perm position paying £250p/d Umbrella then once permanent paying up to £45,000p/a plus benefits.

Job Purpose:

Pre & Post Inspections
Code up repairs, SOR 7.1,
Write up specifications, raise the works order.
Managing the contractors / give technical advice, customer focus.My client needs someone who has strong communication skills and has worked closely with tenants.

Title: Clerk of Works

Rate: £250p/d Umbrella (Interim) then up to £45,000p/a + Benefits.

Contract: Temp to Permanent

Hours: Full Time
