Site Engineer – Residential Groundworks
Location:Peterborough | Permanent | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Site Engineer or Senior Engineer with a solid background in residential groundworks? We are looking for a driven professional to take the lead on sites across the South Midlands.

This is a hands-on role where you will be the technical expert, ensuring setting out is accurate, projects run to plan, and quality is consistently delivered.

What You Will Be Doing

Setting out for housing, roads, sewers, and foundations

*

Working with site teams to keep projects moving smoothly

*

Checking drawings, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records

*

Managing multiple sites, prioritising workloads, and reacting quickly when needed

*

Upholding health and safety standards and supporting junior staff development

What We Are Looking For

*

Strong engineering background in housing and infrastructure

*

Proven setting out experience in residential groundworks

*

Confident with AutoCAD and highly accurate with numbers

*

Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure

*

Full UK driving licence
