Installation Manager

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a leading premium glazing specialist, who are looking to appoint an experienced Installation Manager to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with a reputation for delivering outstanding projects within the high-end domestic windows and doors market.

As Installation Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple installation teams working across various domestic sites. You’ll manage project schedules, resources, and site activities — ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest possible standard.

Role responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate several installation teams

* Oversee project delivery from pre-installation checks to completion

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance

* Act as the main point of contact for clients and site teams

* Handle any onsite issues and ensure customer satisfaction

* Work closely with internal teams to manage resources and materials

Candidates’ skills & experience:

* Strong experience managing multiple installation teams within the domestic window and door sector

* Solid knowledge of window and door installation processes

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

* Full UK driving licence
