Proven experience as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, particularly within build projects
Strong understanding of contractual and commercial management
Experience working within a head office environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
Technical proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CostX, MS Office)
