What you'll do

You'll step up as the number two to the current Director, giving you full visibility of board decisions and the chance to shape long-term strategy. You’ll gain experience across demolition, waste and remediation, building a broad commercial and operational skill set that will open doors to senior leadership across the whole built environment sector.

* Take ownership of operational delivery, making sure projects are planned, resourced and delivered on time and to budget.

* Lead contract reviews, identify improvements and work closely with commercial teams to make sure forecasts and margins are hit.

* Provide strong HSQE leadership, making sure everything is delivered safely and compliantly.

* You’ll manage and develop site teams, setting clear expectations and giving regular feedback to improve performance.

* Build and maintain key client relationships, helping to secure repeat business

What you’ll need

* Strong knowledge of demolition, remediation or waste management operations

* Proven experience managing large contracts and delivering against commercial targets

* Confident communicator with the ability to present to clients, boards and senior stakeholders
