£55,000-£60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

About the Role

My client are seeking a driven and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee commercial fit out projects across Staffordshire and surrounding regions. With project values ranging from £200K to £1.5M, you'll be at the helm of delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results for a variety of clients in the commercial sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.

️ Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple commercial fit out contracts simultaneously

Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong communication and relationships

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards

Monitor budgets, variations, and project profitability

Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery

✅ Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in commercial fit out projects

Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project lifecycle

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues proactively

Willingness to travel for site visits across Staffordshire and nearby areas

Qualifications & Certifications

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

First Aid at Work

CSCS Black Card (Manager Level)
