## The Role
As a Senior Estimator, you will:
– Lead the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions for projects across commercial, education, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use schemes.
– Work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
– Develop innovative solutions to add value during the tender process.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.

## About You
– Proven experience as an Estimator with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
– Strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge of construction methods.
– Ability to lead tender submissions on schemes ranging from £10m to £100m+.
– Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
– A team player with a proactive and driven approach.
