About the Role:

Our client, a design-focused UK architecture practice with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale commercial, residential, and workplace projects, is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their London team.

The role requires an experienced professional with strong technical skills, capable of delivering detailed design and construction packages, while supporting and collaborating closely with the wider project team. This is an opportunity to contribute to ambitious and complex UK-based schemes within a progressive and creative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support and lead projects across RIBA Stages, with a focus on Stage 4–5 delivery

* Develop and refine Revit models in line with UK BIM Framework and ISO 19650

* Produce comprehensive technical drawings, details, and construction documentation

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and site issues

* Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and statutory requirements

* Provide technical leadership while supporting junior team members

* Contribute to the smooth delivery of complex commercial, residential, and workplace projects

Key Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years’ UK practice experience, with a proven track record in technical delivery

* Strong portfolio demonstrating experience on commercial, residential, or workplace schemes

* Proficiency in Revit (essential) and BIM-based project delivery

* Strong understanding of UK planning, building control, and construction methodologies

* Excellent technical detailing skills, particularly on complex, serviced projects

* Highly organised with the ability to balance multiple project deadlines

* Strong communication skills, with confidence liaising with clients and consultants

* Longevity and consistency in previous roles will be valued
