This is a great opportunity for a Land Surveyor to join an ambitious and up-incoming surveying experts who work on a variety of projects across the educational sector where you can have a big part in a company's growth as you progress your own career.
Are you a Land Surveyor with experience with topographical surveys and are looking for a new opportunity? Are you looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing practice where you be able to grow into a director level position?
This growing and up-incoming surveying practise based in Greater Manchester operate mainly across the Northwest with the occasional site nationwide. They offer a variety of surveying services from 3D scanning, land and topographical to site engineering. These services are used on a plethora of projects mainly within the educational sector. Finding continued success across the area they are now having to turn work away, this is why they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this great opportunity.
This role will have a great balance between field, office and home-based working, with a good variety of projects and work to get involved in. You will be working in a fairly autonomous role where you will be trusted to work individually with support from the director. Within the role you will be responsible conducting topographical, boundary and other related surveys. Whilst on site you will be liaising with the clients ensuring effective communication throughout and once the surveys are done you will be able expected to process your own data either from the office or home.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Land Surveyor with strong topographical surveying experience to be able to hit the ground running, as well as someone who holds a full UK driver's license and will be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
