Job Specification:
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead the delivery of scaffolding and access services, primarily within the domestic market. This role requires operational expertise, safety leadership, and commercial management, combined with a highly customer-focused approach. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and deliver exceptional service to domestic clients who rely on safe, reliable, and efficient access solutions for their homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the face of the business, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from enquiry to completion.
* Handle domestic customer queries, quotations, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
* Oversee scaffolding operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery in line with TG20:22 and SG4:22.
* Ensure compliance with all UK health, safety, and working at height regulations.
* Manage budgets, quotations, and cost control to ensure profitability while remaining competitive.
* Lead and develop operatives and supervisors, ensuring a customer-driven, safety-first culture.
