Senior Site Manager – Dublin – Tier 1 Contractor

Salter Grange is recruiting experienced Site Managers for a leading main contractor delivering residential, pharmaceutical, general construction, and fit-out projects in Dublin. This is a permanent role offering variety, responsibility, and a strong career pathway with one of Ireland’s top contractors.

The Role:

Manage day-to-day site operations, labour force, and specialist subcontractors.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
Maintain the highest quality standards across all construction stages.
Enforce Health & Safety compliance and promote a safe working culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team.About You:

10+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Project Site Manager with a main contractor.
Proven track record delivering residential, pharmaceutical, general construction, or fit-out projects.
Third-level qualification or strong trades background with in-depth construction knowledge.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and site management software.Package & Benefits:
