Minimum 6 month contract
£500 – £700 per day
Full time, 37 Hours per week
Hybrid working – 3 days per week on site
Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently supporting a South West based housing provider who are looking for an experienced Head of Landlord Compliance & Building Safety to join on an interim basis.
Daily duties of the Head of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety:
Act as the Responsible Person/Duty Holder under key compliance and building safety legislation
Lead on delivering the Golden Thread of Building Safety and safety assurance for residential blocks
Oversee compliance commissioning and building safety teams, ensuring statutory obligations are met
Shape strategies and policies to ensure customer-focused, compliant and efficient services
Provide strong leadership across landlord compliance, resident safety and assurance programmesEssential requirements of the Head of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety:
Able to be on site 3 times per week
Previous experience working in a managerial role within Compliance and Building Safety
