Project Director – Data Centre – Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre development in Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership role will oversee all aspects of project execution from design through to commissioning and client handover, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of a mission-critical facility.

Key Responsibilities

* Take overall accountability for the full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale data centre project.

* Provide strategic leadership across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including CSA, MEP, commissioning, and QA/QC functions.

* Manage project governance, cost control, programme management, and risk reporting.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities.

* Ensure compliance with all health & safety standards, QA/QC processes, and project KPIs.

* Mentor and develop senior managers within the project team to ensure long-term organisational success.

Requirements

* Proven track record of delivering large-scale data centres, critical infrastructure, or complex MEP-heavy projects.

* Strong commercial, contractual, and technical management skills.

* Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams in international environments.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Degree qualified in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
