Freelance Site Manager – Fit-Out Project

We're currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead a fit out project in Aberdeen.

This project involves M&E installation and is a great opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a fast-paced scheme, with potential for future work across a strong project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Full site management and coordination of trades

Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations

Managing programme timelines and reporting progress

Liaising with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers

Quality control and completion of snagging

Requirements:

Proven experience on fit-out or refurbishment projects

CSCS (Black or Gold), SMSTS, and First Aid certifications

Comfortable with some client interaction
