Senior Project Manager – Data Centre – Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of a new hyperscale data centre project in Saudi Arabia. This role will manage day-to-day project operations, coordinating across disciplines to ensure technical excellence, programme compliance, and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the execution of project works from pre-construction to commissioning and handover.

* Oversee subcontractor performance, site progress, and quality standards.

* Ensure effective coordination between CSA, MEP, commissioning, and client representatives.

* Drive programme management, risk control, and reporting on project KPIs.

* Support the Project Director in commercial and contractual management.

* Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance across the project team.

Requirements

* Experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale MEP/CSA projects.

* Strong technical understanding of data centre systems and interfaces.

* Skilled in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.

* Ability to lead site teams and drive delivery under demanding schedules.

* Degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
