Technical Services Manager – Commercial Fit Out
£80,000–£95,000 + Bonuses | London
An established Design & Build / Turnkey fit out contractor is seeking a talented Technical Services Manager (TSM) to deliver high-profile commercial projects across London.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping office fit out schemes, working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure M&E services are designed, coordinated, and delivered to the highest standard.
The Role
Oversee M&E services from design stage through to completion.
Review and challenge consultant designs, aligning them with client and project objectives.
Support pre-construction activities including design reviews, tendering, and technical submissions.
Manage subcontractor coordination, installation quality, and programme delivery.
Lead commissioning, testing, and handover.
Act as the key technical interface between design teams, site operations, and the client. What We’re Looking For
Experience as a TSM / MEP Manager within commercial fit out projects.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Proven background in D&B / turnkey delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. What’s On Offer
