About the Role
They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion. The successful candidate will:

Manage full project delivery, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers, while maintaining strong client relationships throughout.

Lead on project planning, programming, and cost evaluation.
*
Provide regular progress updates and resolve challenges with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
*
Represent the business in a client-facing capacity, ensuring seamless communication and a smooth delivery process.

Requirements

Proven track record of delivering commercial or retail fit-out projects as a Project Manager.
*
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, programming, and tendering.

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
*
A keen eye for detail with the ability to problem-solve and adapt in fast-paced environments.
*
Previous experience working with London-based fit-outs is highly desirable
