About the Role
They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-market fit-out projects across Europe. Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end leadership of complex commercial interiors projects—from initial feasibility and design stages, through to delivery, snagging, and completion.

Overseeing project delivery across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with local regulations, sustainability standards, and client expectations.

Managing multidisciplinary teams—including internal architects, designers, engineers—and coordinating specialist consultants and contractors to secure seamless execution.

Acting as the primary client interface, fostering trust and delivering a transparent, solution-oriented customer experience.

Championing the company’s sustainability agenda in every aspect of project delivery, from material specification to waste minimisation.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes for more efficient, repeatable project outcomes.

Requirements
*
Substantial experience managing complex commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects—ideally across multiple European countries.
*
Proven track record in leading projects with high-quality, design-driven outcomes.
*
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build lasting relationships across cultures.
*
Excellent commercial awareness—proficient in budgeting, contract management, tendering, and financial reporting.
*
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more European languages (e.g. French, German, Italian) would be highly advantageous.
