Site Supervisor needed in Romford

Are you a natural leader with a strong background in site operations? We're looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor project timelines and report on progress
Manage tools, equipment, and materials
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
Identify and resolve any issues or delays on-siteWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (2+ years preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans
Needs Street Work Certificate (SWQR)
