MEP Revit Coordinator – Remote

(London-based Projects up to £40m M&E)

About the Role

Our client, a leading M&E contractor delivering high-profile projects in London with M&E values of up to £40m, is seeking an experienced Senior Revit MEP Coordinator. This is a fully remote role, offering the chance to work on complex, multi-disciplinary schemes while supporting a growing design and engineering team.

You’ll play a key part in leading BIM/Revit processes across multiple projects—from early design through to tender—ensuring coordinated, high-quality outputs are delivered on time. In addition, you’ll mentor junior technicians and champion best practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage Revit/BIM workflows across large-scale M&E projects.

* Collaborate with in-house engineers to deliver fully coordinated building services designs.

* Develop and implement BIM/Revit strategies tailored to project requirements.

* Promote consistency, best practice, and continuous improvement across design teams.

* Oversee Revit software upgrades, testing, and documentation.

* Ensure QA and compliance with both client and industry standards.

* Mentor, train, and support Revit technicians.

* Drive project setup and delivery from scheme design to tender stage.

What We’re Looking For

* Extensive experience as a Revit Coordinator within building services/M&E.

* Strong technical knowledge of Revit modelling and BIM workflows.

* Proven proficiency in the latest version of Autodesk Revit.

* Experience working in a multi-disciplinary design or contracting environment.

* Ability to interpret and implement client and industry standards.

* Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive approach.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to foster effective team collaboration.

* Comfortable mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
