I’m working with a well-established Main Contractor who are highly respected in the Residential sector. They’re currently delivering Phase 2 of a large-scale residential project in Abbey Wood, with Phase 3 expected to extend the project through to 2029. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a solid, long-term scheme delivering 329 units.
💼 Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
📍 Location: South East London
🏗️ Sector: Residential (experience required)
💰 Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + £5,000 travel allowance
