About the Role:

As an Estimator you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a range of commercial and residential M&E projects across London and the South East. Working closely with the pre-construction and project teams, you will play a key role in securing new work and supporting business growth.

Senior Estimator's Key Responsibilities:

Analyse tender documentation and develop detailed cost estimates

*

Prepare bills of quantities and take offs from drawings

*

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

*

Attend site visits, tender interviews, and client meetings

*

Provide input on project planning and value engineering

*

Ensure estimates meet both client requirements and company margins

Estimator Requirements:

*

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in mechanical or electrical estimating

*

Strong knowledge of UK construction and MEP systems

*

Proficient with estimating software

*

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

*

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
