We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent regional contractor, they are seeking to add an ambitious Site Manager to oversee piling and reinforced concrete works on a prestigious large-scale residential development in Leeds

This role offers the opportunity to lead a vital section of a high-profile project, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in piling or RC frame/core works, coupled with a proactive approach and a passion for site management

The ideal candidate will have;

Proven experience as a Site Manager within piling or reinforced concrete works

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards

Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Experience managing large residential construction projects in a fast-paced environment

Ambition and desire to develop within a high-profile project

Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors
