Thomas Search are working on behalf of an independent consultancy to appoint an experienced Building Services Engineer into their growing and successful engineering team.

The Role
As part of the established engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the Technical Due Diligence service line, while also supporting other verticals. You'll work on landmark properties and prestigious portfolios across the UK and Europe.
What You'll Do
Deliver Technical Due Diligence, dilapidations and PPM projects across high-profile commercial assets
Build relationships with blue-chip investors, developers and asset managers
Lead site inspections, technical reporting and client presentations
Help drive sustainability into the TDD process – energy, carbon and decarbonisation insights
Shape and grow a profitable service line alongside senior leadership
What We're Looking For
Degree-qualified in Building Services / Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience within building services/MEP
Strong experience in Technical Due Diligence and dilapidations
Client-facing confidence with excellent communication skills
Ambition to achieve Chartered Engineer status (support provided)
