Project Manager – Super Prime Residential

Location: Central London (Mayfair / Belgravia area)
Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + benefits
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re working with a respected main contractor specialising in high-end residential schemes. They’re now looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of a new super prime project, from enabling works right through to handover. The build value sits at around £20m, and quality will be everything.

This role requires a strong, experienced lead – someone who’s comfortable being the Number 1 on site, can liaise with top-tier consultants, manage high expectations, and deliver to impeccable standards.

A proven Project Manager who has led high-end residential builds from start to finish

Experience managing projects £10m+ (ideally in super prime or ultra-prime London property)

A no-nonsense approach – clear, confident and solutions-focused

Strong leadership and commercial awareness

Excellent client-facing communication

Someone used to working closely with design teams, consultants, and demanding private clients
