EDM Recruitment Group is proud to be working with a well-established and growing private housebuilder, currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a new development in the Glasgow area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a solid background in new build private housing to join a business that prides itself on delivering high-quality homes, supporting employee development, and maintaining a strong pipeline of projects across Scotland.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a new build residential site, managing all activities from groundworks through to final handover.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing trades, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

*

Maintaining high standards of build quality and ensuring compliance with NHBC and company guidelines.

*

Enforcing health & safety procedures at all times.

*

Ensuring project milestones and budgets are met.

*

Reporting on progress and addressing any on-site challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the private housing sector.

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), and First Aid certification.

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to quality.
