Foreman

My client are a construction and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman to help deliver a new infrastructure and transport scheme in Oxford. The scope of works you will be responsible for overseeing will include drainage, kerbs, roadworks and associated civils.

Foreman responsibilities:

* Working alongside and reporting to the site manager.

* Site supervision.

* Allocation of labour.

* Plant and machinery checks.

* Record keeping.

* Task briefings.

* Managing health and safety.

* Liaising with the client and local authorities.

Foreman requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

* CSCS card.

* SSSTS/ SMSTS.

* First aid.

* Previous experience with highways/ 278 work schemes.

* Full UK driving licence.
