Senior Quantity Surveyor

A modern day, Quantity Surveying consultancy with an affable culture, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across several projects including: multiple gym expansions (circa £5m), private medical refurbishments, data centre, and office fit out schemes.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for taking certain projects (from above) from inception to completion independently, whilst also offering support to the more junior members in the quantity surveying team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree.

* MRICS, or working towards

* Minimum of 6 years quantity surveying experience

* QS experience within a PQS / Consultancy practice

* Sociable, personable nature
