Mechanical Supervisor / Site Foreman (Contract Role) – Central London
Our client, a reputable M&E company based in Central London, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Working Foreman / Supervisor to lead their mechanical installation teams on a high-profile project. Key Requirements
* Proven experience in mechanical supervision or site management within the construction industry
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with plant room installations and HVAC pipefitting
* Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications or equivalent experience
* Valid CSCS card (Black preferred) and First Aid certification
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively
Role Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
* Oversee plant room and HVAC installations from planning stages through to completion
* Work closely with other trades, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
* Conduct quality inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain accurate project documentation
* Monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met, mentor team members, and maintain a safe working environment
