Senior Quantity Surveyor

A chartered surveying consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferably MRICS, with a successful track record in carrying out contract administration and employer’s agent roles.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

Based in their Leeds office, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across commercial and private sector projects, managing multiple schemes (pre and post contract) with values ranging from £500K to £25M.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Ideally MRICS

* Employers Agent / Contract Admin experience

* PQS / Consultancy background

* Solid pre and post contract experience

* 7+ years Quantity Surveying experience

* Driving licence
