About the Role
The business is looking for a Joinery Estimator to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role will see you take responsibility for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates across a wide range of bespoke joinery projects. You will liaise with clients, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring estimates are produced on time and to the highest standard.

Key Duties:

Analyse drawings, specifications, and design concepts to produce accurate estimates.

Prepare detailed bills of quantities and take-offs for bespoke joinery packages.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

Support tender submissions and contribute to value engineering.

*

Collaborate with project and commercial teams during tender and live project phases.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Estimator within the joinery subcontracting sector.

Strong understanding of bespoke joinery, high-end residential, and fit-out projects.

Ability to work independently, managing workloads and deadlines remotely.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
