About the Role
Salter Grange are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the fit-out stage of a high rise, residential new build development in Edinburgh. You will take ownership of the internal works package, ensuring that finishes meet the highest standards while managing subcontractors, schedules, and health & safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day to day site operations during the fit-out phase of a new build residential project
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
Maintain rigorous health & safety standards across the site
Resolve any technical or design issues swiftly to avoid delays
Liaise closely with the project manager, design team, and client representatives
Conduct quality checks and snagging to achieve a flawless finish
About You

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new build projects, with a strong focus on fit-out/finishes
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Solid understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety requirements
Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality delivery
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications are essential
