An internationally recognised, industry-leading Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Leeds office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Senior QS to work on flagship commercial and residential developments – including Build to Rent, PBSA, and large mixed-use projects – within a practice that's renowned for excellence and progression.

The Role – Senior Quantity Surveyor

You'll be responsible for:

Managing high-value projects across commercial and residential sectors.
Building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
Supporting and mentoring Assistant and Graduate Surveyors.
Taking a lead role in cost management, reporting, procurement, and contract administration.
Playing an active part in business development, with a clear path to Associate level and beyond.Requirements – Senior Quantity Surveyor

RICS-accredited degree qualification.
Ideally MRICS (or working towards).
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Background in Commercial and Residential sectors
Client facingWhat's on Offer?

£55,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience)
27 days annual leave + bank holidays
