With a healthy pipeline of schemes in the Living Sector; including residential, student accommodation, co-living and hotels, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage projects from strategy through to completion, with the support of experienced leaders who are committed to your professional growth. The role offers exposure to a wide range of projects and the chance to accelerate towards chartership, take on more responsibility, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering projects from inception through to completion
Supporting senior leadership with client engagement and strategic planning
Managing budgets, programmes, and procurement processes
Overseeing contract administration (JCT), risk management, and stakeholder coordination
Attending client meetings, site visits, and design team sessions
Ensuring quality standards and Health & Safety compliance About You
MUST have proven experience in a consultancy project management environment
Track record delivering construction or development projects
Strong communication, organisational, and client-facing skills
Ideally with experience in the Living Sector (residential, PBSA, hotels, etc.)
Degree-qualified in Construction, Project Management, Surveying, or Engineering
Based in or near London, with flexibility to travel across the city What’s on Offer
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
