The Role – Associate Quantity Surveyor

As an Associate QS, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-profile London schemes, managing projects from day one and acting as the client's trusted advisor. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading day-to-day project delivery across commercial office, high-end fit out, hospitality, and life sciences.
Managing pre- and post-contract services, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
Building strong client relationships and driving repeat business.
Providing leadership, mentorship, and structured training for graduate and assistant surveyors.
Playing a key role in business growth, with a clear pathway to Senior Associate and Partner.Requirements – Associate Quantity Surveyor

RICS-accredited degree (Quantity Surveying or equivalent).
MRICS
Strong consultancy background with proven experience on office, fit out, hospitality, or life science projects.
Demonstrable ability to manage projects independently and lead client-facing delivery.
A natural leader, capable of mentoring junior colleagues and adding value to the team.In Return?
