Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential Refurbishment

Location: London projects (office base in Chelsea)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + package

We are currently recruiting for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join a respected construction business delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects across London. Based out of their Chelsea office, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in prestigious schemes with project values reaching several million pounds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, managing budgets, and providing accurate financial reporting throughout the life of each project. You will be involved in procurement, contract administration, and the commercial management of multiple residential schemes across London. This role provides a varied workload with a balance of estimating and post-contract responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor within high-end residential or complex refurbishment projects. Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively are essential. This position would suit an Estimator looking to broaden their role into full project lifecycle management, or a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working on both pre and post-contract duties.
