Site / Project Manager – Restaurant Refurbishment Project
Location: Central Birmingham
Duration: 9 weeks
Start Date: 22nd September
Rate: £250-£270/Shift
We are currently seeking an experienced Site / Project Manager to oversee a fast-paced restaurant refurbishment project in the heart of Birmingham. This is a key role for a motivated individual with a strong track record in fit-out and refurbishment, especially within the hospitality or retail sectors.
Project Overview:
The works involve a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing restaurant space, including:

Alterations to the existing layout
*
Installation of new electric kitchen equipment
*
New servery counters and joinery
*
Full renewal of wall, floor, and ceiling finishes
*
Modifications to existing building services (MEP) to suit the new layout
Key Responsibilities:
*
Day-to-day management of site operations to ensure project delivery on time and to budget
*
Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and trades
*
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
*
Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers
*
Managing project documentation and reporting progress
*
Quality control and snagging
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing refurbishment/fit-out projects, preferably within restaurants or hospitality
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
