Location: London projects (office base in Chelsea)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + package

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join a respected construction business delivering prestigious high-end residential refurbishment projects across London. Based from their Chelsea office, this role offers the chance to lead complex schemes valued up to several million pounds.

The Role

Oversee the full delivery of high-end residential refurbishment projects in London

*

Manage programmes, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes

*

Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders

*

Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget

*

Work closely with commercial and site teams to manage day-to-day operations

The Candidate

*

Proven experience managing high-end residential refurbishment projects is essential

*

Applications are also welcome from candidates who have come from the tools and are looking to step up into management

*

Strong track record of working on high-quality residential or refurbishment schemes

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

*

Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn directly from a highly experienced senior team
