Project Quantity Surveyor

The Company:

We are working exclusively with a highly regarded developer known for delivering high-quality, high-rise residential developments across the region. With a strong project pipeline and significant growth plans, they are now seeking a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The Role:

As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be commercially responsible for the scheme, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and technically sound.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full commercial lifecycle of a large-scale residential development
Prepare, manage and negotiate sub-contractor packages
Carry out cost planning, reporting and forecasting
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure financial targets are met
Liaise with consultants, supply chain, and internal stakeholders
Support and mentor junior commercial staff where applicable
Contribute to the overall commercial strategy of the business
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high-rise residential projects
Background with Tier 1 contractors or reputable regional developers
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent negotiation, communication and reporting skills
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
