Salary: Up to £65,000 + package

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join a respected construction business delivering prestigious high-end residential refurbishment projects in Surrey. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex schemes valued up to several million pounds and to work with a collaborative, experienced senior team.

The Role

Oversee day-to-day site operations on high-end residential refurbishment projects in Farnham

*

Manage subcontractors, trades, and site resources to ensure smooth delivery of works

*

Ensure health & safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project programmes are achieved

*

Act as the key point of contact on site for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

*

Report progress to senior management and work closely with commercial teams to resolve issues

The Candidate

Proven experience managing high-end residential refurbishment projects is essential

*

Applications are also welcome from candidates who have come from the tools and are looking to step into site management

Strong background in high-quality residential or complex refurbishment schemes
