Roofing Consultant

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and roofing, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough assessments of roofing systems to determine repair or replacement needs

* Provide clients with detailed recommendations on roofing materials and solutions

* Prepare schematics and project plans for roofing installations or repairs

* Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper implementation of roofing projects

* Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as necessary for roofing tasks

* Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs

* Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all safety regulations

* Offer guidance on related areas such as plumbing, masonry, and carpentry when necessary

Experience

* Proven experience in roofing or construction is essential

* Familiarity with schematics and fabrication processes is highly desirable

* Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the roofing industry

* Knowledge of welding techniques is an advantage

* Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions

* Experience in plumbing or masonry can be beneficial but is not mandatory
