About Us:
Our Client are an Established construction company with a reputation for excellence and innovation. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager who has the relevant certificates to help deliver a small refurbishment and upgrade of a Lloyds Bank
Your duties will be the general day to day tasks, making sure the trades are working safely, the site is on time and to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
* Implement and monitor health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
* Regularly review progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Requirements:
* CSCS Card (Managers), SMSTS, 3 day First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, particularly in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
