The Company:
An exciting opportunity has come about for a motivated individual around the Midlands and surrounding area to join a well-established and highly regarded Main Contractor who have been delivering a lasting impact on clients.

Our client is a fledging Main Contractor with offices based in Birmingham. They currently enjoy a turnover of £100 million and having recently secured additional projects across the Midlands are looking to bolster their team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor. On top of the industrial sector, our client also enjoys successful projects within the Retail, Commercial and Education sector.

About You:
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Birmingham
• Previous experience working on Industrial units (Ideal)
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor
