Quantity Surveyor

QUANTITY SURVEYOR required for Property Developer to be based out of Dorset.

My client is one Hampshire’s leading property developers. They build high quality private and affordable homes.

They are a developer who deliver both small, bespoke residential schemes and large-scale, strategic sites safely, on-time and to exceptional quality.

The Quantity Surveyor will have experience of working within the new build residential sector, this developer use standard bespoke agreements with their subcontractors and in their office, the QS team have less involvement with the client side contract set up so its then running either a JCT DB or again bespoke agreement.

Projects are max of 1 hour from their office (Dorset, New forest…) and they have some local schemes coming up
