South West Region, based out of our Cardiff Office
Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm & Friday 8am-3:30pm
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
Our Client group is one of the largest supplier of garage doors, doors, frames and door operators.
Main purpose of the role:
To assist the regional Depot Managers to achieve the goals of the business unit by utilising effective scheduling and communication while monitoring all engineer activities to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. Door Industry Knowledge would be ideal for this role
Key Tasks:
• Goods Receipting
• Ordering Goods / Equipment / Materials
• Stock Management
• Programming / Scheduling Work & Engineers
• Dealing with Customer Issues / complaints
• Call Handling
• Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS)
• Adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Supporting Depot Manager
• Out of Hours Rota
• Raising Orders / Quotes
• Customer Enquiries
• Managing Regional Emails
• Raising Invoices
• Maximising Sales Opportunities
• Obtaining Materials / Goods / Equipment Quotes
• Attend Health & Safety Meetings
• Support Marketing Campaigns & Digital Media
