M&E Estimator

We are seeking an experienced M&E Estimator to join our team in Bromley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to manage the full estimating process for a wide range of mechanical and electrical projects.

You will be responsible for preparing detailed and competitive tenders for projects ranging from £50,000 to £2 million, including work on fire stations, leisure centres, and other similar commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and detailed M&E tender submissions.

* Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other tender documents.

* Source and obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

* Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an M&E Estimator.

A strong track record of winning tenders for commercial projects.

Excellent understanding of M&E systems and costs.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
