Groundsworks Supervisor

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee daily site operations on a residential project in Kilburn. The successful candidate will manage groundworks teams, ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise groundworks activities including excavation, drainage, foundations, and associated works.

Coordinate operatives and subcontractors to maintain progress.

*

Ensure health & safety compliance and site standards.

*

Liaise with Site/Project Manager and report on progress.

*

Maintain quality control and resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience supervising groundworks on residential projects.

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

*

Valid SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
